Bad Quality And Unhygienic Food Served To Pune University Students; Worms Found In Food

Pune, 4th January 2022: Unhygienic food has been given to the students of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) by Refactory mess, and today, worms have been found in the food served to students. Getting angered due to the incident, students of SPPU started protesting against the food and the owner of the said mess.
Reportedly, it is not the first time students got served bad quality and unhygienic food. Due to the continuous bad quality food, today students decided to protest against the issue.
While talking to PunekarNews.in, Mahadev Ranga of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) informed, “We are getting lots of complaints from students about the deteriorating quality of food. But after today’s incident, students are enraged. Hence, we have locked the mess, and on Thursday we will discuss the said matter with the management.”
Ranga also informed that the behavior of the owner of the said mess with girls and other students was not appropriate. “Our only demand is to remove the owner from the mess.”
