Pune: Man Arrested For Shooting At Bike Rider
Pune, 1st January 2023: Police arrested a man who shot at a bike rider in the Warje area and ran away from Narhe. A pistol and three cartridges have been recovered from him.
The arrested person has been identified as Karthik Ingwale (23), a resident of Ramnagar, Warje.
The police had taken action against him under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MOCCA). After being released from prison, on 16th December, he fired at a bike rider in the Warje area. Warje police arrested three of his accomplices in this case.
Police sub-inspector Narendra Mundhe got the information that Ingwale was in the Narhe area. Accordingly, a trap was laid and the accused was caught.
