Pune: Queues Of Vehicles, Slow Traffic On Pune-Mumbai Expressway Due To Consecutive Holidays
Pune, 31st December 2022: Traffic is running slow at Borghat on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway. Due to New Year celebrations and the weekend, traffic on the expressway is slow. Tourists have to use the Pune-Mumbai Expressway to reach Lonavla, Mahabaleshwar.
Due to this, many vehicles are on the road and the traffic is running in a relatively slow manner. The highway police are trying to smoothen the road traffic in Borghat.
Many citizens are out of their homes for the weekend and New Year celebrations. Most people use the Pune-Mumbai Expressway to visit popular tourist places like Lonavla, and Mahabaleshwar. Due to this, the traffic in Borghat on the expressway is running at a slow speed.
Highway police are regulating traffic and separating heavy and light vehicles. Often, an attempt is made to overtake the vehicle by breaking the lane in Borghat.
