Pune: PCMC Launches Campaign Against Property Tax Defaulters, 11 Properties Sealed
Pimpri, 29th December 2022: Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has started action against the property tax defaulters. Pimpri zonal office has sealed 11 properties. The Tax Collection Department of the municipality has appealed to avoid action by paying taxes on time.
The municipality started a campaign in July to recover the outstanding amount from the property arrears in Nehrunagar, Kharalwadi, Sant Tukaramnagar. Citizens are being urged to pay property tax on time to avoid confiscation. 11 properties of defaulters have been sealed.
