15-Year-Old Minor Girl Gang-Raped In Pune; Six People Arrested

Pune, 28th December 2022: A 15-year-old minor girl has been gang-raped in Pune. The girl was raped at knife point. Six people have been arrested in this case, informed Senior Police Inspector Balaji Pandhare, in-charge of Chatushringi police station.
This incident took place between July 2022 and December 2022 within the limits of Chaturshringi Police Station. The police have registered a case against Om Raju Timbole, Jay Raju Timbole, Anil Jadhav, Sunil Jadhav, Shubham Jawle, and Kiran Jawle and arrested them in this case. The victim girl’s mother has filed a complaint in this case.
According to police, accused Anil Jadhav kidnapped her at knifepoint and forcibly took her to a lodge in Vishal Nagar. He raped her and clicked her nude photos. A few days later, he approached the victim again. Later, he showed her nude photos and threatened to make them go viral.
On December 23 afternoon, she was gang-raped by six persons who called her to a place and took her to an unknown place in Baner and Aundh area. Her mother came to know about the incident as the victim girl started suffering from the abuse.
Police have registered a case in this matter and further investigation is underway.
