RT PCR Mandatory For Travellers From China And Other Countries
New Delhi, 24th December 2022: Union Health Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya has stated that for travellers arriving from China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Thailand, an RT-PCR (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) test for COVID will be required.
Any traveller from these nations who exhibits symptoms upon arrival or tests positive for Covid19 will be placed under quarantine.
Today, 201 new Covid cases have been reported in India.
