Pune: Two Persons Injured In Fire At Flat In Dhayari While Changing Pipe Of Cylinder
Dhayari, 17th December 2022: Two residents sustained injuries in fire at a flat in Ganesh Naksha Co-operative Society near DSK Vishwa in Dhayari, Pune. The incident took place while changing the pipes of cylinders.
After getting information, fire brigade teams were dispatched from Navale and Sinhgad fire stations. As soon as they reached the spot, they came to know that there was a fire in the apartment on the 11th floor of the building.
The Jawans entered the apartment, where there was a gas leak from a domestic cylinder in the kitchen. They doused the fire with water and removed the other two cylinders from the house.
Aarti Rahul Salvi (37) of the house was injured and Rahul Dilip Salvi (40), who ran to save her. The two injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
The incident took place while pipes were being changed for a new cylinder. Due to this fire, the wall in the kitchen was cracked and many household items were damaged.
