NORD DRIVESYSTEMS EXPANDS ITS SERVICE NETWORK
Pune, Wednesday 26th October, 2016: NORD Drivesystems Pvt. Ltd. the largest manufacturer of Geared motors and Frequency Inverters globally, recently expanded its Service network in Pune.
This service area inauguration was attended by Mr. Alexander Brosh Global sales manager of Getriebebau NORD GmbH & Co.KG, Mr. Ashok Tanna MD of Linnhoff India Pvt. Ltd., Mr. PL Muthusekkar MD of NORD Drivesystems & chief gust Miss. Jutta Humbert Owner and Global Managing Director of NORD Group, graced this occasion.
This new service area based on modern and highly efficient machineries give a premium experience and solutions to the customers. NORD has a team of high quality maintenance and specially trained technicians who ensure that quality is not compromised at any level to reduce time and give excellent results. We ensure complete peace of mind by providing assurance of repair/ replacement whichever is earlier. NORD ensures and enhances the life of the product which is in line with our philosophy of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Speaking at the occasion, Mrs. Jutta Humbert, Global MD NORD said, “India expanded its service area by 500 m2 enhancing from the existing capacity of 12500 m2. It has invested approximately INR 45 million for the expansion of its Pune plant, reaffirming NORD’s commitment and contribution towards its customer for better and faster service with an overall investment of INR 60 crores so far in India.
The NORD plant in Pune has a production capacity of more than 24000 units annually. NORD was incorporated in India a decade ago and has crossed producing over 1,00,000 units which have been delivered in India and its neighboring countries.
Last Mile service
For a better customer experience and service, we have put an additional investment and plan to launch a new service vehicle. We provide hassle free pick up/ drop at your location. We value your time and trust on NORD Drivesystems quality service. The service vehicle provides the following advantages:-
Ø Service vehicle reaches the customer’s doorstep and the customer does not need to take out their Geared motors from their premises.
Ø Customers can avail these facilities who are not close to our factory and who are forced to repair on their own.
Ø Service Vehicle caters to customers within the radius of upto 600 or 700 km from the location of the service vehicle.
Ø The quality remains the same as offered at the factory with a speedy resolution.
Ø Saving money, time, transit delay and troubles in preparing documentation.
Ø Ratio change, Brake adjustment and encoder fitment is possible.
Ø Gearbox sizes and almost all size of standard motors can be repaired or serviced by using the service vehicle.
Ø Warranty applicable as per standard policy.
Ø Handling AMC & health check up 100% in a quality way.
Training to the customer in their premises by showing disassembly and assembly of Geared motors in certain ranges.
