Pune: Regional Office Celebrates Foundation Day Of Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation

Pune, 9th November 2022: Regional Office, Pune, celebrated the Foundation Day of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation and its Annual Function on 8th November at Mahatma Phule Sanskratik Bhawan, Wanawadi. The celebration was performed in presence of Chandrakantdada Patil, Minister, Government of Maharashtra, who was present as the chief guest. M. S. K. V. V. Satyanarayana, Additional Central P. F. Commissioner, Pune Zone, and Amit Vashist, Regional P.F. Commissioner, Pune, was also present.

Nine establishments under different categories were awarded for their achievements by the Chief Guest. Awards were also distributed to the best performing officers and staff of the Regional Office, Pune. Abhay Ramteke, Enforcement Officer; Yamini Agnihotri, Enforcement Officer; Mitali Gandhi, Accounts Officer; Sunita Wankhede, Accounts Officer; Amod Deshpande, SS; Lata Balakrishnan, SS; Ajit Purohit, SSSA; Abhijit Kawdskar, SSA; Sharad Kamble, LDC, were awarded for their exemplary performance. The public relations and grievances sections of the Office were awarded a running trophy for their commendable performance. Scholarship cheques and book awards were also distributed to the children of the staff/officers of the Office who secured more than 80% in their Board examinations.

On this occasion, a cultural programme with the theme of ‘Unity in Diversity’ was also presented by the staff.
