Pune: Young Boy Hangs Himself From Depression Due To Father’s Affair
Pune, 9th November 2022: After her 11-year-old son hanged himself at their 242 Lohia Nagar residence on October 11, the mother filed a case of abetment to suicide at the Khadak police station. However, the case was filed on November 2, apparently only after the mother had recovered from the tragedy.
According to police, the boy was depressed because two women in the neighbourhood verbally abused him because he disapproved of his father’s relationship with one of them. Vidya Chandrakant Kamble and Sadhana Chandrakant Kamble, the mother-daughter duo, did not even spare the boy’s mother, Asha Lukesh Jadhav (32), and used derogatory language to describe her.
Vidya Kamble, who had an affair with Lukesh Jadhav, was irritated because the boy used to keep an eye on her and objected to his father talking to her. He would always accompany his father to her house. As a result, the women abused him, and he’d come home inconsolably crying. He’d be angry and depressed because he couldn’t do anything about it.
