Pune: Recruitment Of 200 Posts At PMC Soon, Commissioner’s Order
Pune, 8th November 2022: 200 new posts are going to be recruited in the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC). Senior posts in health, fire brigade and other departments will be made and this process will start in December.
Currently, the recruitment process of 448 posts has been brought to the final stage by the Municipal Corporation. The recruitment process for 448 posts of Junior Engineer, Clerk, Assistant Encroachment Inspector, and Assistant Legal Adviser was implemented.
After the online examination, the document verification of the merit list candidates is going on. So the result of the written exam for the post of Junior Engineer has not been announced yet. In that, these 200 new posts will be added, Municipal Commissioner, Administrator Vikram Kumar informed.
The recruitment process for 200 seats will be started in December. Some of these posts are going to be senior posts. 34 villages have been included in the municipality. In that regard, as the number of employees and officers of the Municipal Corporation needs to increase, the seats in the framework created in 2007 will be increased.
Commissioner Vikram Kumar explained that the outline will be reviewed next week and the proposal will be sent to the government.
