Pune: Businessman Robbed After Being Accused Of Molesting A Girl
Pune, 28th October 2022: An incident occurred in the Katraj area where a businessman was threatened and robbed of a gold chain, ring and cash worth Rs 5,000 after alleging that he had molested a young woman.
A case was registered against the accused, Shravan, his accomplice, and the girl. The businessman has lodged a complaint at the Bharati Vidyapeeth Police Station.
The complainant’s business is in the Katraj area. Accused Shravan is an acquaintance of the businessman. Shravan and his companions came to the businessman’s house and alleged that the girl was molested. Threatening to report to the police, the accused robbed the businessman of a gold chain, a ring and money. The panicked businessman lodged a complaint with the police. Assistant Police Inspector Patil is investigating.
