Fire Breaks Out In Moving Truck, Mumbai-Pune Highway Stalled For 45 Minutes
Pune, 28th October 2022: A fire broke out in a moving truck on the Mumbai-Pune highway last night. The truck was on its way from Mumbai to Pune. When it reached Adoshi Tunnel, there was smoke seen first, after which it caught fire in a few seconds.
The driver and his co-operative immediately came out of the truck. The fire brigade and the police team were informed. But by then, the truck had become a ball of fire, resulting in the whole truck burning down.
Due to this incident, the Pune Highway had to be closed from 2.30 pm to 3.15 pm to avoid further mishaps as the flames of the truck were reaching the middle of the highway.
