Pune: Mahindra And Mahindra Employees Receive Bonus Of Rs 47,000 This Diwali
Chakan, 22nd October 2022: Workers Union President Sagar Bhosale informed that the workers of Mahindra & Mahindra Company in the Chakan Automobile Hub have been given a bonus of Rs 47,000 this Diwali. Ex-minister Sachin Ahir held talks with the company administration regarding this.
About three lakh workers work in the industrial estate. Most companies have given workers a bonus of 20 per cent – 25 per cent. While the Chakan Industrial Estate is expanding rapidly, there are about two to three thousand small and large industries.
About 80 per cent of the workers in multinational companies and some medium and small companies are from abroad. About a week ago, the workers of Mahindra & Mahindra Company, received a hefty wage hike of Rs 18,500.
