Pune: 30 Tourists Stuck in Katraj Zoo For 2 Hours Due To Heavy Rains
Pune, 12th September 2022: About 25 to 30 tourists were stuck in the Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park, Katraj, due to sudden heavy rain on Sunday evening. However, after that, they were safely taken out.
The tourists were stuck in the park for almost two hours. They were in a block of the park after sudden rain.
One of the stranded tourists contacted former corporator Vasant More. After that, he contacted a pickup driver, and with his help, they came out. After reaching the gate, the fire brigade vehicle came too. However, tourists from the park informed the fire brigade that they were already out.
