Pune: Water To Be Released From Khadakwasla Dam Tonight

Pune, 11th July 2022: Due to continuous rainfall in the free catchment area of Khadakwasla dam, water will be released from Khadakwasla dam spillway around 11.30 pm tonight, informed Yogesh Bhandalkar, Assistant Engineer, Mutha Canal Irrigation Sub Division, Swargate.
He added, “Initial discharge will be 1000 cusecs. The discharge will be increased as per inflow in the dam. All concerned authorities have been asked to be prepared.”
