Amidst all this, party leader Sanjay Raut has issued a statement against the rebels after the Shiv Sena meeting. He said that they will take strict action against the rebels. He said in a stern tone that the rebels would be accounted for and by evening their condition would be known to the people. He also said, “legal action would be taken against those who used the name of Balasaheb for their selfish politics. Those who have left us cannot use our ancestral name.”

Rebels will not be able to ask for votes in the name of Balasaheb

Sanjay Raut said that we have passed six resolutions. It has also been decided that Shiv Sena will follow the path of Hindutva as shown by Balasaheb Thackeray. He said that for the unity of Maharashtra, they are not going to compromise on this. He also said that Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has made it clear that those who have left Shiv Sena cannot seek votes in the name of this party and Balasaheb Thackeray. He said that these people should now ask for votes in the name of their father. At the same time, he also said that Mahavikas Aghadi is completely monolithic.
