PDFA League Pune: Deccan XI eves, PCH Lions remain unbeaten

Pune, 3rd June 2022: Deccan XI eves and PCH Lions continued their winning run in gaining full points from their matches in the Women League and Third Division respectively inf the PDFA League 2021-22, here on Friday.

At the SSPMS Ground, Deccan XI made short work of Beta Sports 4-0 to register their third win in Pool-B and take their tally to 9 points.

A brace by Ankita Kale (9th, 45th) and a goal each by Maitreyee Biradar (14th) and Vaishnavi Nivekar (20th) was enough to get past their opponents in ease.

At the SP College ground, PCH Lionsmade it 4 wins out of four matches in Pool-H.

PCH Lions had it easy winning 9-0 against Friends XI, with Kunal Yewale (13th, 33rd, 57th) netting a hat-trick.

The winners had Cladeo Nongpluh (2nd) open the scoring, Cleaning (4th) double the advantage, while Ronak Desai (23rd, 42nd), Akash Kudre (24th), Leton Phale (47th) added to the tally.
