Hard Work, Integrity, Positive attitude is the key to Success Says D. Suresh, Principal Secretary of Haryana Government at PIBM’s 12th Convocation ceremony

Pune, 17th April 2022: Hard Work, Integrity, Positive attitude & Never Give up are the four important pillars of Success in a life. Pursuing graduation is just one step. The real journey begins, when you are walking & developing your career. In this journey failure has to come. We need to find a way from that and achieve our goals with integrity, hard work and continuous efforts, says D. Suresh, IAS, Principal Secretary of Haryana Government.
D Suresh was addressing the gathering at PIBM’s 12th Convocation ceremony. More than 800 students of the batch who successfully completed MBA and PGDM courses in 2019-2021 were awarded degree certificates with the hands of D Suresh. Were in branches such as finance, marketing, human resources, business analytics and operations.

D Suresh further said, I have come to Pune after 33 years, since I had come before in 1987 to attend an exam. In this long span of time Pune has changed with all the angles. Also, opportunities in the field of management have increased tremendously in the changing times. Economic conditions also changed. Agriculture is the core part of the Indian economy and this field has a lot of opportunities for management students. Technology integration and recognizing needs of the agriculture field we have to grab these opportunities. Parents should allow students to develop their career of interest. Also, the students must have to live with values.

Raman Preet said that goals and vision are very important in our life. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. The path to the goal will often fail. However, without getting exhausted, the goal must be achieved by finding a way out of it. Strong will, good food and regular exercise, meditation and inculcating values are helpful in shaping life. One should constantly keep oneself updated by acquiring new skills and knowledge.

PIBM has maintained the tradition of quality, value based and employment oriented education since 2007. I am glad that our students are doing well in every sector at the higher positions today, Raman Preet added.

Other dignitaries along with Manish Chaudhary, Vineeta Singh, Vivek Jain congratulated all the students and expressed their thoughts. Prof. Harshada Sharma along with all HoD’s, Professors, Teaching & Non-Teaching staff and junior students has taken efforts for the success of the event.
