Pune: Class Monitor Assaulted By Students For Asking Cut Hair

Kondhwa, 30th March 2022: The incident took place in a school in Kondhwa when four students beat their class monitor with a bamboo stick after being asked to cut hair.

Based on the complaint from the mother of the class monitor, 14-year-old FIR has been registered at the Kondhwa police station.

According to police, the monitor had asked his two classmates why they didn’t cut their hair as per the school guidelines. He also said that if the hair was not cut, he would complain to the class teacher, which angered the students. The two students then brutally hit on the head of the class monitor with bamboo sticks and a belt.

Pune police are further investigating the case.
