Pune: 15-Year-Old Girl Gang-Raped By Five Youths Including Three Minor Boys, Blackmailed With Video
Pune, 26th December 2021: A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by five youths in a village near Sinhgad Fort.
An FIR has been registered against them by the Haveli police station under Pune rural police for offences under the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Shockingly, two accused in the case were also involved in the sexual abuse of another girl two days ago.
Two accused are aged 21 and 22 years while three accused are minors.
According to police, the accused had made a video of the sexual assault and threatened the girl to make the video viral if she disclosed the incident to anyone.
“We are investigating the case thoroughly. It is expected that some other names will be disclosed during the investigation,” said Police inspector Sadashiv Shelar, in-charge of Haveli police station.
